QA/QC Introduction

With 16 trained and experienced quality control staff, the QC Dept. strictly adheres to the standards that gained us ISO9001:2000 certification. This adherence means that we constantly meet our goal of manufacturing products of which no more than 5% are defective. Furthermore, it is the aim of this department to ensure that this standard is built upon by lowering this percentage by 1% in each successive year as part of the company's overall development plan.
